Our Services — front walks, garden paths, commercial.
Front-door walks that match your driveway and home style. Smooth, stamped, or with custom borders.
Side-yard paths, gate-to-back-deck walks, garden paths. Stamped patterns blend beautifully with landscaping.
Commercial-spec sidewalks with broom finish for slip resistance, ADA-compliant slopes, and permit-pulled coordination.
The difference — is in who walks the site.
Same crew, start to finish
No subcontractors. The crew that pours your first form is the same one finishing the cure. Quality stays consistent because no one hands off.

Common questions — answered straight.
How much does a concrete walkway cost in Northern Virginia?
Broom-finish walkways run $6–$12 per square foot installed. Stamped walkways are $12–$20 per sq ft. A typical 4-ft-wide front walk (30–50 sq ft) lands at $400–$1,000 broom-finish or $700–$1,500 stamped. Larger commercial sidewalks scale linearly. Every project gets a fixed written estimate after an on-site walk-through.
Can walkways be stamped, or just smooth?
Walkways take stamping beautifully — in fact, they’re some of our most-requested stamped work. Popular patterns: cobblestone, slate, brick herringbone, flagstone. The narrower form means stamped walkways read as natural-stone garden paths and complement landscaping the way pavers can’t (without the pavers’ shift-and-settle problem).
Do walkways need permits?
Residential like-for-like replacements typically don’t require a permit. New walkways, expansions, or any work that changes impervious-surface coverage may require one. Commercial sidewalks always require permits and ADA-compliance verification. We handle all of it as part of the project.
What about slip resistance and ADA compliance?
Residential walkways: standard broom finish provides good slip resistance for normal foot traffic. For pool-adjacent or shaded walkways, we can add anti-slip aggregate. Commercial sidewalks: we pour to ADA-compliant slopes (max 1:20 running, 1:48 cross-slope), with broom finish for grip and detectable warnings at any street transitions. Public-walkway projects are documented for inspection.
Can you repair cracked sidewalks, or only do new pours?
We pour new and replace existing — that’s our specialty and what carries our 1-year workmanship warranty. Repair work (patching, joint sealing) is handled case-by-case but is not covered under warranty. For badly cracked sidewalks, full replacement is usually the better long-term value because the underlying base often needs attention too.
