⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I highly recommend Alpha Le Concrete. They recently completed a concrete patio for us, and we were so happy with the finished product that we had them come back to do our walkway as well. The crew does great work, pays attention to detail, and everything has turned out really nice. The new walkway is being completed now and is looking great. It’s not always easy finding a contractor you feel comfortable calling back for another project, but we had no hesitation using Alpha Le Concrete again. Commercial parking lots take more abuse than almost any other concrete surface. Delivery trucks, daily passenger traffic, snow plows, salt, and the freeze-thaw cycle. Poured wrong, they crack and fail in five years. Poured right, they last 30+.

We build parking lots for office complexes, retail centers, multi-family properties, and small commercial sites. Every project starts with drainage engineering, gets the right slab thickness and reinforcement for the actual use, and finishes with ADA-compliant striping coordinations and clear documentation for your property manager or general contractor.

For replacements, existing lot is broken up and removed. Subgrade graded, compacted, drainage installed where needed.

Pour, phase, finish

Pours phased so traffic can continue to flow. Reinforcement per spec, control joints sized to commercial standards.

Striping & turnover

Once cured, ADA-compliant striping is applied (coordinated with us or your striping contractor), and documentation is delivered to your property manager.

01 How long does a commercial concrete parking lot last?

Properly built commercial concrete lots last 30+ years with minimal maintenance. The biggest factors are subgrade prep, drainage, and joint maintenance. We build all three correctly.

02 Can you work nights or weekends to minimize disruption?

Yes. Most of our commercial work is phased, including nights, weekends, or temporary detours, so the business stays operational. We coordinate the schedule with you.

03 Will my parking lot crack?

There’s a saying in the concrete trade: there are two types of concrete, concrete that has cracked, and concrete that hasn’t cracked yet. All concrete cracks eventually. Our job is to control where: we compact the base properly, reinforce the slab, and place control joints by hand so cracks happen on planned lines instead of random splits. Our 1-year limited workmanship warranty covers structural cracks that meet the size/length thresholds, see full warranty terms.

04 Do you handle ADA compliance?

Yes, ADA-compliant spaces, ramps, detection warnings, and access aisles are standard on every commercial lot we pour. We document the compliance work for your records.

05 How much does a commercial concrete parking lot cost?
