Privacy Policy. — How we handle your information.

Alpha Le Services, LLC (operating as Alpha Le Concrete) respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. Effective May 28, 2026.

Information We Collect

What you share, and what we record automatically.

When you request an estimate or contact us, you provide information directly: first and last name, phone number, email address, project address, and a description of the work. We use a Google address-autocomplete field on our contact form, which means Google may briefly process partial address text to return suggestions — we only store the address you confirm.

We also collect limited information automatically when you visit our website, including IP address, device and browser type, pages visited, and approximate location (city/region). This data is collected through analytics and advertising cookies described in Section 04 below.

We do not knowingly collect sensitive personal information such as Social Security numbers, financial account details, or health information through this website. Payment for completed work is handled separately through methods described in our Terms & Conditions.

How We Use Your Information

Estimates, scheduling, service, and limited marketing.

We use the information you provide to:

  • Respond to estimate requests and answer questions about your project.
  • Schedule, perform, and complete contracted work.
  • Send transactional communications — confirmation auto-replies, estimate emails, appointment reminders, and job-status updates.
  • Maintain records required for our 1-year limited workmanship warranty, tax compliance, and other legal obligations.
  • Improve our website and services by understanding which pages and content visitors find useful.
  • With your consent, send occasional marketing communications about new services, seasonal availability, or promotional offers (see Section 05).

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own independent marketing purposes.

Third-Party Services

The tools we use to run the business.

We rely on a small set of trusted third-party services to deliver our work. Each of these may receive and process portions of your information for the purposes described:

  • Google (Maps Platform / Places API) — powers the address autocomplete on our contact form. Subject to Google’s Privacy Policy.
  • Google Sheets — we route form submissions to a private spreadsheet as a backup to email, for internal lead tracking only.
  • Cloudflare Turnstile — spam protection on our forms. Processes limited browser signals to verify you are a human visitor; no visible CAPTCHA.
  • Jobber (Client Portal) — if you are an active customer, we may invite you to use Jobber to view invoices, sign agreements, or schedule work. Subject to Jobber’s Privacy Policy.
  • Email service providers — used to deliver transactional and (with consent) marketing emails.
  • SMS automation provider — used to send job updates, appointment reminders, and (with consent) follow-up messages.
  • Web hosting and analytics providers — described in Section 04.

We require each of these providers to handle your information consistent with this Privacy Policy and applicable law.

Cookies & Tracking

Analytics and advertising cookies.

Our website uses cookies and similar technologies to measure how visitors use the site and to support our advertising. These tools place small files on your device and may transmit information about your visit to third-party servers.

What we use

  • Google Analytics 4 (GA4) — measures traffic patterns, popular pages, and aggregate user behavior. IP addresses are anonymized.
  • Google Ads conversion tracking — tells us when a visitor who clicked one of our Google Ads submits the contact form or calls. Used to measure ad effectiveness.
  • Meta Pixel (Facebook / Instagram) — allows us to show relevant ads to website visitors when they later browse Facebook or Instagram. Shares limited data with Meta.
  • Strictly necessary cookies — used to keep the site working (session state, security, spam protection).

How to opt out

You can disable cookies in your browser settings, install Google’s GA opt-out browser add-on, and adjust Meta ad preferences in your Facebook or Instagram account settings. Blocking advertising cookies will not stop our website from working but may cause less relevant ads.

We do not respond to “Do Not Track” browser signals, as there is no industry standard for them. We honor opt-out requests submitted directly through the mechanisms above and through any options described in Section 07.

Email Communications

Transactional always, marketing only with consent.

Transactional emails. If you contact us, we send confirmation, estimate, and job-related emails to the address you provide. These are necessary to deliver our services and are sent regardless of marketing preferences.

Marketing emails. We may send occasional newsletters, promotional offers, seasonal availability updates, or follow-up campaigns. Marketing emails are sent only to people who have opted in or have an existing customer relationship with us. Every marketing email contains an unsubscribe link; clicking it removes you from future marketing messages within a reasonable time. You will continue to receive transactional emails related to any active or warrantied work.

You can also opt out of marketing emails at any time by emailing [email protected] with the subject line “Unsubscribe.”

SMS & Text Messages

Job updates by default; marketing only with consent.

By providing your phone number on our contact form, you consent to receive transactional SMS messages from Alpha Le Concrete — estimate confirmations, appointment reminders, crew arrival updates, and follow-up messages related to your project. These are necessary to coordinate the work and are not marketing.

Marketing or promotional SMS (such as seasonal offers or availability notices) is sent only to customers who have given express written consent. You can opt out of marketing SMS at any time by replying STOP to any such message. You will continue to receive transactional messages related to any active job.

Standard message and data rates may apply from your wireless carrier. Message frequency varies based on your project status. We never share your phone number with third parties for their marketing.

Your Privacy Rights

Access, correct, delete, opt out.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct inaccurate information, ask us to delete information that is no longer needed, or opt out of certain uses (such as targeted advertising).

Virginia residents (VCDPA). Under the Virginia Consumer Data Protection Act, you have the right to confirm whether we process your personal data, access and correct it, request deletion, obtain a copy in a portable format, and opt out of targeted advertising and any “sale” of personal data. We do not sell personal data. If we deny a request, you may appeal that decision; if your appeal is denied, you may contact the Virginia Attorney General.

To exercise any of these rights, email [email protected] with a brief description of your request. We will respond within 45 days, or sooner where required by law. We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling certain requests.

Data Security

Reasonable safeguards, no absolute guarantees.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect the information we collect, including HTTPS encryption in transit for all data submitted through our website. Internal access is limited to people who need the information to perform their jobs.

No system is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security of any information transmitted to or stored by us. If we become aware of a security incident that materially affects your information, we will notify you and any relevant regulators as required by law.

Data Retention

Kept as long as needed; not longer.

We keep your information only as long as we have a legitimate business or legal reason to do so:

  • Active leads and customers — for the duration of our relationship and for up to seven (7) years after the last project, to support warranty claims, tax compliance, and recordkeeping obligations.
  • Inactive leads (people who requested an estimate but did not become customers) — deleted or anonymized after 24 months.
  • Marketing email subscribers — retained until you unsubscribe; engagement-based cleanup may remove inactive contacts sooner.
  • Aggregated analytics data — retained in anonymized form for as long as it is useful to understand site performance.
Children’s Privacy & Policy Changes

Not for children. Updates posted here.

Our services are directed to homeowners, property managers, and businesses, not to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us at [email protected] and we will delete it.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will post the revised version here and update the “Effective” date at the top of the page. Material changes will be highlighted in the policy or communicated through other reasonable means. Continued use of our website after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
