It depends on the project. New driveways, expansions, or any pour that changes drainage or impervious surface coverage typically requires a permit from Town of Leesburg Plan Review. Like-for-like replacements that match the original footprint usually don’t. We handle the permit application as part of any project that needs one, so you don’t have to navigate the paperwork.
