01 How does your estimate work?
We start with a phone conversation about your project. From there, we either come out to walk the site or work from photos and measurements you send, whichever fits your timeline. Either way, the estimate is complimentary.
02 Do you give estimates from photos?
Yes, for most residential projects we can give a reliable estimate from clear photos and basic measurements. For larger commercial projects or anything with grading or drainage, an in-person visit makes for a more accurate number.
03 Do I need to be home for the estimate?
Not at all. We can walk the site on our own and follow up by phone or email. We just need clear access: unlocked gates, dogs put up, vehicles moved off the work area.
04 How far out are you booking?
It varies by season. Typically two to four weeks from approval. We’ll give you a real timeline with your estimate, and we don’t overbook.
05 What if I’m just exploring options?
That’s fine. Plenty of our customers send in details just to get a sense of cost before deciding. We don’t pressure-sell. We’d rather help you make an informed decision than push a sale.
